Please see the following terms and condition constitute our delivery policy during the trial operation period.

Orders handling 

All orders will be processed immediately. (Within 1-2 working days)**
**Order placed after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.
**In case of special circumstances (such as encountering a large number of orders, out of stock, etc.) and delays in order processing, we will contact you by email or phone.

 
Delivery charge and timeline 

Free delivery is available for orders over ￡15 (net price) or above within UK, which including England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. £5 shipping will be charged on orders under £15 (net price), except free shipping products.
All orders will be delivery by DPD/ Royal Mail, parcels aims to deliver in 2-5 working days. SMS or email notifications will be send to recipients.

**Reminder: Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for delivery. If delivery is failed due to incomplete or wrong address, no one in home, blocked access, telecom issue, etc., there would be additional charge for redelivery.**
