Refund, exchange and cancel order policy

We DO NOT have a refund and exchange policy, refund will be made only if the product(s) is:
- a defective item
- missing item from order
- incorrect item from the order

Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours upon reception if the item is defective, receiving the wrong item or incorrect item from the order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective item(s)
- You will need to provide us photo(s) that shows defective part(s) of the product by email/ SMS/ WhatsApp/ LINE

Missing item(s) from order
- You can ask for a refund on the missing item(s) or we can resent the missing item(s) to you. Postage costs of resent item(s) will be covered by us.

Incorrect item(s) from the order
- We do not have substitutes for out of stock items.
- We may ask you to return the incorrect item(s). If this is the case, we will cover the postage cost of the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancel or amend your order
All cancel or amend order request must notify us within 24 hours upon your order time.
- We will cancel your order immediately after receive your request.
- To remove item(s), please let us know the changes you request. We are unable to add items due to payment authorization limits. 

Please note that Credit card charges by Shopify is not be refundable.
