Since the store is currently in the trial operation stage, all orders will be shipped by the owner himself. Therefore, for the time being, only orders from the following area are accepted until further notice.

Orders handling 訂單處理

All orders will be processed immediately. (Within 1-2 working days)**
**Order placed after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.
**In case of special circumstances (such as encountering a large number of orders, out of stock, etc.) and delays in order processing, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery charge and timeline 送貨費用及時間表

Free delivery is available for orders over ￡18 (net price) or above within York, Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Manchester, Warrington and Hull** 

York: Deliver on every Monday, Thursday and Friday
Sheffield/ Doncaster:  Deliver on every Tuesday
Manchester/ Warrington: Deliver on every Wednesday
Leeds: Deliver on every Thursday
Hull: Deliver on every Friday

Orders will be delivered to your address within 10am -6pm on the day specified above

Examples
Example 1: If an order is placed on a Saturday after 6pm and needs to be delivered to Leeds, the order will be processed on Monday and item(s) will be delivered on Thursday between 10am-6pm.

Example 2: If an order is placed before 6pm on Wednesday and needs to be delivered to Manchester, the order will be processed on the same day and the item will be delivered on next Wednesday between 10am-6pm.

例子
例子1: 如星期六 6pm後下單並須送貨到Leeds，訂單將於星期一處理，貨品將於星期四10am- 6pm 內送到。

例子2: 如星期三 6pm前下單並須送貨到Manchester，訂單將於當天處理，貨品將於下一個星期三10am- 6pm 內送到。
