Important information before making a purchase
1. Insole thickness ranges from 0.7 to 2 centimetres, from thin to thick.
2. These insoles are thicker than regular insoles on the market. It is recommended to wear shoes one size larger for better use.
3. If you purchase a size that is too large, you can trim the toe area slightly in a crescent shape using scissors. However, be cautious not to trim too much at once. The insoles should still fit inside the shoes after trimming. It is important not to trim the heel portion as it provides support and should not be altered.
